The Founder
I built MJ Clean because the industry left clients stuck between two bad options.
For years I watched the cleaning sector divide into two unhappy camps. On one side, rigid agencies bundling overpriced flat-rate packages that billed clients for hours they never received. On the other, unreliable independents working off classified ads, no insurance, no accountability, no recourse when something went wrong. Greater London deserved a third option, and there wasn't one.
So I incorporated MJ Clean Limited and built the company I wanted to hire. Every cleaner is vetted, reference-checked, and trained on client confidentiality before a single shift. The business carries Public Liability and Employers Liability cover, with certificates available on request. Pricing is hourly and transparent: you pay for the time the team is actively working in your space, billed afterwards on what we actually delivered, never on inflated minimums.
What drives me is a commitment to operational excellence and long-term trust. I want clients to know exactly what they are paying for, with no hidden fees, and to completely trust the people walking into their homes or commercial premises. My motivation is to set a new benchmark for reliability in the cleaning sector across Greater London, one property at a time.
